We accept returns on the most items purchased within 30 days, returned in their original condition (brand new, unworn, unlaundered, and unembellished). Please try on items in a clean, indoor area in case you need to return them.
We cannot accept returns on the following:
- Items on Sale
- Warm up suit parts – any item sold as a set must be returned as a set.
- DVDs, videos, or books.
- Signed memorabilia – All sales are final in
- Customized, worn or laundered items of any kind.
If the returned Product does not meet the above requirements, Ultimate Soccer Store will not process your return or exchange and does not guarantee that we will send the non-returnable/non-exchangeable Products back to you.
How do I return merchandise?
If you desire to return an item that is in accordance with our return policy, please send a Return Request email to firstname.lastname@example.org. We will evaluate and email an ID number label to be attached to the return package. We are unable to refund return shipping costs. If an error was made on our part, we will email you a label to be used at no cost to you. Merchandise returned without an id number or outside these Policy Guidelines may take longer to process. Goals or other large field equipment must be returned to the manufacturer. Please contact us in order to receive specific instructions and address information. Field equipment returned to the wrong location will result in a 15% restocking fee. If you choose to return merchandise at your own cost, the return address is below. Retain any tracking numbers and receipts. We cannot be responsible for merchandise lost in route. We do not accept CODs or packages marked “Bill Recipient” Return Address: 1956 NE 5 AVE, SUITE 1, BOCA RATON, FL – 33431 Credits will be made to the original form of payment on the order. Shipping costs are not refunded.
What if I receive the wrong item?
Our team at Ultimate Soccer Store works hard to deliver the exactly products that our customers order, but mistakes can happen anytime. If you receive the wrong item, contact Customer Service at 561.757.3465 or via email email@example.com so we can fix the error and get the correct item shipped out to you. We will also make sure that you can use a Return Service label at no charge to return the incorrect merchandise back to us.
If you believe you have a defective item, please read the following:
Due to the intense nature of the game, all items – especially footwear and gloves – will experience normal wear and tear such as: color loss, material wear, loose threads, small gaps between the outsole and the upper, etc. All equipment may need replacement after a season of play due to normal wear and tear. Normal wear and tear will begin to show even within the first few uses. This is both normal and expected. These occurrences are common and not indicative of an item’s defectiveness (poor workmanship or materials). Very few items are truly defective. Genuine defects most often reveal themselves within 60 days of purchase. An item’s price does not indicate longevity, merely the quality of the materials and technology used in its construction. We will, of course, honor extended warranties provided by the manufacturer. Footwear does not have a warranty. Manufacturer warranty only applies to original purchases and does not extend to replacement items.
How long will it take for my return or exchange to be processed?
Returns are usually processed within 1-3 business days of their arrival to our Returns Center.
